Fing invisible walls

ok i go to save at a save point and when it saved i try to go and i cant its like theres invisible walls all around me anyone know how to fix this:confused:

Volition is releasing a patch VERY soon, I don't know a solution aside from that, I would be patient. Why not save from the pause menu?

the problem is i saved after it happened cuz i think it might have happened just before i saved
