CSI Case 4 Help - Is this a glitch?

I was following a walkthrough posted on here, and I followed it step by step perfect! The other cases didnt give me any trouble, but when I came across Case 4, I got stuck and I tried to attempt this two times already with the same results!
Please help if you can, here is where I am:

"At the lab use the Trace Analysis Computer: Tire tread from driveway > CSI Result A. Then use the DNA machine on: Blood from driveway > Dr. Bandereet's DNA. "

This is where Im stuck!!!!!

"Then go back to the driveway where a mysterious rubbish bin will have emerged. So let’s look inside and use the gloves to get the tape."

I see the big green bin on the side there, but there is no way for me to get into it or find any kind of tape ANYWHERE near the ground, ect.!!!!

Am I looking in the right place, or is it something Im missing???? Please help!!!

the bin is a normal household black bin that is outside the house on the left hand side of the driveway.

Can you tell me exactly where, b/c I still cant find it. All I get is to zoom in to the white door. I looked at the brick area right next to the garage door, and all through the white garage door, dont see a black bin sitting anywhere :( Can you give me a detailed description of where its at

Glad to see you guys got it, there is no way I could have done this game without the guide. Threre are a few video guides on You Tube which helped me alot.

Glad to see you guys got it, there is no way I could have done this game without the guide. Threre are a few video guides on You Tube which helped me alot. For me it was a bit easy but then again I kept using hints :p. Not in a hurry to replay it though (I rented it but still ?).
