Megadeth
Red Hot Chili Peppers
Testament
And for some reason Interpol, always had a liking to them for some reason.

I forgot about the Chili Peppers song on there. It's a pretty good one too, but I wouldn't describe them as metal. Also disappointing that there's no Iron Maiden, but hopefully it will be on the DLC.

I'm not really looking forward to any of them... Rise Against, AFI, Paramore, and Avenged Sevenfold first come to mind.
There needs to be more bands like Anberlin, Classic Crime, Atreyu, Hawthorne Heights... haha. Those are just my favorites. Maybe I can look forward to them on DLC.
I PRAY they don't start a emo dlc. :P

If the fan-base gets big enough, they just might. I'm hoping there is NO shitty Jonas Brothers or Hannah Montana or any other Family Channel band.

M'kay, don't turn this into a music bashing thread. APX, of all those bands you quoted or listed, except for Hannah Montana, are classified as rock, it is, they use rock beats with the standard rock band equipment. Paramore and Fall Out Boy are not THAT bad (in my opinion, they are quite good), they are instrumentally simple compared to the likes of the classics like Boston, Iron Maiden, etc. Some people might be offended if you compare them to people who get popular off of cheesy movies and T.V. shows.
I'm not bashing anything at all, I just dislike at how some bands are only known because of a simple show/channel and then think it's THE THING to listen to. :(

From your mouth to Harmonix's ears ... I'm all about variety but I am hoping for real artists. There is enough GOOD rock out there to keep the franchise going without stooping to that.

Rise Against
Disturbed
Paramore
The Hoffgod

Honestly? Pretty much everything. There's no song on here where I'm just looking at it and going "Why?"
That being said, Living on a Prayer, Eye of the Tiger, and Come Out and Play FTW.
