:confused: i beat the hail to the cheif last night and i got so exited. so i drove to the guys fundraiser and he talk about salting the earth and leveling saints row. And he talked about me dieing on his boat. i didnt belive him until it exploaded. PLLLLLLLLLZZZZZZZZZZ HELP it cant be the end cuz im only at 64percent of the game. THNX:confused: :mad: :confused:

That's the end. Hope you saved before you blew up on the boat, otherwise you need to reload and finish any other missions over again. Then you can go and have the city as your playground. But being exploded is the end of the game.

Do all activites, strongholds, missions etc.
the 60 CDs and Tag locations count towards your percentage as well

what is this end? i just took over stillwater and parked that guy's bus on the train tracks, and i keep playing the saints missions.
so it sounds like after the final mission when the boat explodes, you can't continue going around the city or what? no more free roaming after that?
that would really suck, cause i'd have to do all the activities first before ending the story

anyone has the answer for me? :)

No after the boat blows up the credits roll and you are put to the main Menu, than you can just reload your last save.

Im missed loads of things and cant get find the fuereza car either.

Im surprised theres no achievement after the credits.

There is another mission after the bus one (take a rocket launcher is all im gonna say!) which you can do then its the third mission where you get exploded ;)

I thought it was cool. It flashes whats going on with the major characters and BOOM. No one ever really dies in games. There will be a sequel.:drunk

It would have been cool if it had actually hinted as to what was in the future for each of the main characters, so you had something to think about. But to just flash them chilling.... I was dissapointed.

Thats the ONLY part that didnt make sense to me... see i thought it was Vince who was the cop, but it didnt make sense why the Saints would blow you up on the boat cuz you helped them...

okay after reading the instruction manual I have come to this conclusion...

TROY is the undercover cop because in the manual, the cop is revealed to be a heavy smoker... Troy is a smoker... ALSO, he didnt take any part in taking down King in the Vice Kings missions because in the manual the Chief says not to take any part because he was doing business with King. During the game you find out the King had cops in his pocket.

But as for Julius, and everyone else with sad faces... I think that part was thrown in there to leave you hanging. You could have been betrayed, they could have used you, or there was nothing they can do. Thats the cliffhanger guys, and I don't see an obvious answer ANYwhere I look as to why they let you die like that.

Basically I think the Saint's were created by the police to rid Stillwater of the other gangs. Just my interpretation from the ending, but whatever.

What annoyed me the most is that after you view the "final mission", THERE'S NO OPTION TO SAVE! I remember I spent so long doing Hijacking and Escort missions, only to lose it all to some cutscene!.

For all we know, this could be a setup for Saint's Row 2. Maybe you don't die and have to work your way up after "dying". Who knows?

He's also the only 3rd ST. saint (I mean who lead the story missions) who didn't take part in killing the Police Chief.The manual also said that the undercover cop is in one of the gangs.
Saint's were created by the police to rid Stillwater of the other gangs In the manual the cop didn't know who Julius was at first.
