Hitman activity locations

Anyone with locations on these people please post them. If you have killed any of them post a round about area where you found them. thanks

The area is given when you look at their "profile" on the list. The few I've found were pretty random, but were in the area. For example, "Bill" is in the downtown area, so put him on your HUD and just drive around downtown until he pops up.
