I just completed all the Insurance Fraud missions for all three locations and I earned some thing that regenerates life faster than normal. I was just wondering, has anybody else come across any similar items when completing side missions?

Note: In order to get the unlockable, you need to complete all levels of a given activity in that Gang's Area if it is something with multiple levels. (Like Snatch and Escort.) If you are doing these for the first time, you will get the "All Complete" unlockable and the associated achievement at the same time.
