As of now (until and if someone releases possible locations of where they will be) you have to drive around in the areas they are in, you do not have to add them to the hud but it is going to be a lot easier if you do and to find them, I was only able to find 1 so far and then drove around for maybe a half hour looking for another guy up and down the streets many times.

The weapon next to the person is the weapon you have to kill them with.

Another thing to add, when you add a hit to the hub, they are not going to show up if you press start and look at your map, you are only going to see them as a little target icon in your hub when driving around (only when you are near them).

yea it is a challenging thing to get going, i havent gotten a single one yet...this also reminds me of the chop shop list, only the cars everywhere

Targets may not show up always like those in cars, I had this happen to me with Henry but with Marty it showed up.

I will try and update this post as I find people and eventually, maybe, provide a list of how to find the different hits which I'll probably make a new topic for, if I decide to and remember to keep everything up to date.

Dick: I found him walking around in Union Square in the Downtown District.
Marty: (easy) You'll find a bunch of them walking around (very slowly with cane) in the Suburbs.
Richard: You can probably find him in the High End Retail District but I ended up finding him in Union Square/Downtown District walking.
Henry: Can be found driving limos during the day in the Downtown District.
Billy Bob: I found him walking around in Union Square right near the building you blew up with C4 in the early missions of the game in the Downtown District.
Hank: Found him driving a delivery type truck in the Museum District.
Louise: I believe I blew him up doing one of the final missions (Hail of the Chief) as it was the only time I remember shooting RPG Launchers in the High End Retail District, this location

*I do not know if you will find them from what I have said, can't quarantee it but so far I have started to see that you always see the same people driving certain cars or walking and so on. You may even find Dick in the Filmore area in Downtown instead of Union Square first or in a totally other district. I am just throwing ideas of an area of where to start looking.


Tip: I have found so far that is it better to search during the day, from 6AM till night. Obvious reason as more people are going to be out and more driving.
