What happens if you don't pay off a loan?

if you don't pay off the loan, then 2 people (the founders of the load agency) will come after you. You can't kill them, the only way to stop them from haggling you to pay up is to pay them back at the loan agency

except each time they come after you they get a little faster, with better cars until eventually they comeat you with a chopper. use my advice DONT GET A LOAN

yeah they come with the chopper and you need to shoot the chopper down 50 times for the achievement and then go repay the loan
