Well figured since there's barely any posts about this game ill start it up with this lil tid bit of a hint.
While walking around look for an SUV with 4 people in it, yes that includes the driver. Press Y to steal the car then press Y again to start "Hostage Mode". If you can drive around for 2m30s avoiding the cops and slowing down, you'll get a good $3000 from it.
Im going for the clothes achievement (100 items of clothes and jewelry) so I figured this would definately help me out in between missions.
Okay well, seems like the better the car the more money you'll get. For example think it was a "Classic Venom" car - $1500 for think 1:25.
I recommend jacking all these cars and doing the Grease Monkey achievement at the same time. Just take someone hostage and drive in the circle around and around. Dont hit anything and you'll be fine since the cops are dumb enough to go around the same way with you.
