Downloaded games from internet

If I download games from Internet and put it on a disc, would the be sufficient or do I need more. I don't want to mess up my Xbox. But I was curious because a friend of mine and I where talking about it.

It wouldn't work, unless you have something *else*, plus that is against the rules.

By downloading games from the internet, do you mean Xbox, 360 and Arcade games, or just any game? If the latter, then I doubt it, but whoever knows the possibilities.
