In no particular orrder:
Sniper - any - PDZ Sniper was good, so was halo 1 (with nightvision)
Shotgun - Halo, Doom3, Quake4, PDZ
Plasma Rifle - PDZ
BFG - Quake 2, Doom 1+2
Rocket Launcher - Doom3
Fibre Wire - Hitman: Blood Money
Customised SMG/Customised Silverballers wiith Red Dot Sight and Zoom - Hitman: Blood Money

Thats all I can think of, for now
