Where did the submit section go?

I just finished an N3 achievement guide and the submit section of the forum has disappeared all of a sudden.
Ok if I submit my N3 achievement guide through email, do I use it as an attachment as I have things bolded etc etc and for some reason my rich text isn't working on my hotmail..

Just hold on to it for a short while. We know about the problem and are fixing it as we speak. As soon as it's back up, we'll let everyone know ;)
