Case 3 Stuck?

I've been following a guide to do the cases as quickly as possible and I'm currently on case 3. I've done EVERYTHING the guide told me to do up until the point where you interrogate the band manager and I've asked him all the questions but it won't let me request to search his private jet. Every piece of evidence etc has a tick by it, and I cannot be given any hints.

I've reset the game, re-loaded it about five times but nothings happening. Has the game just stuck and it won't let me go any further? And if so, if I play through the level again will it let me go on the jet? Or will I have to start the whole game again (case 1, 2 and then 3)? I'm seriously pissed off because there's nothing I've missed that I can find because everything is ticked. :mad:

Sounds bugged if you cant ask for help or you have missed something tiny.. I would go interrogate everyone you can just in case.. If you do need to start over i think you can just go back to the main menu and choose the case

Just read through the walkthrough to the case again up to the point where it got stuck and I have done absolutely everything it said. There are three people I can call to the interrogation room and each of them have 'nothing more to say', or something along those lines.

I don't mind doing the level again (even though they take a while) if I'm going to able to get onto the jet, but I'm pissed off enough without wasting another hour or so only for the same thing to happen again.

This game is rented, so am I right to assume that if I rented another copy then it wouldn't be bugged? Is it the game that's bugged or the save file or the XBOX or what?
