While Grand Theft Auto IV took the series in a more serious direction, THQ and Volition are going in the opposite direction with their GTA-inspired open-world action series, Saints Row.

The publisher updated its official Saints Row 2 Web site (http://community.saintsrow.com/main.php) last night with the news that adult film star Tera Patrick (Reign of Tera 2, Soul Plane) has begun working on the game as a "special producer." According to the site, Patrick will be "bringing her one-of-a-kind touch to the project."
This is not the first time an adult film star has appeared in games. Jenna Jameson (Zombie Strippers, Nash Bridges) provided vocal work for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4.
