26 wins and no achievement?

Shouldn't have to...I got mine last night on my 25th win, and I only won 1v1 games.

Just make sure you're playing ranked. The achievement popped for me right after the score was tallied up.

yes i never play player matches, only ranked and now i have 28 wins WTF MAN!!!!!!! its the only one i have left to get!

That's a shame, reminds me of my Spyglass games that never unlocked the "play 5 games online" achievement, even though I did. At least this game has DLC coming, so the possibility of a patch exists.

yes i am up to about 35 wins now what absollute bullshit!!!! can anyone tell me what type did they play? quick match or create match? done many of both ranked of course. every win i get with no achievement just makes me madder!!!

I have 25+ ranked wins according to the leaderboards and still no achievement, also I've played 50+ games and that one didn't unlock either!

I now have 40 wins and 43 losses, ranked, and it still hasn't unlocked. :(

I thought maybe the DLC was responsible for the glitch, but it sounds like the first post may have happened prior to the DLC dropping?

My 25th ranked win happened on Europe. I was hoping maybe the game didn't count DLC victories, so I deleted my DLC and played out another bunch of North America games. I now have > 25 ranked wins and > 50 games played on N. America alone, but neither of those two achievements have popped.

The other gamer I was playing with did the same. He got his "50 games played" achievement more or less on time, but the one for 25 ranked wins didn't unlock. The only difference between us is that he hadn't reached 25 total wins yet before he deleted his DLC.

Sounds like it's time to contact the developer and see if they're aware of the problem, and if a patch might be possible. Reminds me of Texas Hold 'Em and "Luck of the Draw" where you could look at the leaderboards and clearly see someone had at least one of every hand, except in this case some people have unlocked the achievement(s) and some have not. Weird....

UPDATE: I received a reply from the CEO of Playful Entertainment:

We do take your issue very seriously. I am forwarding your comments to the designer and producer of the game, so that we can take this into consideration when we release the patch next month. I will also talk to Microsoft and see if there is a way to manually override the system in this instance

The patch is in certification at Microsoft, meaning that we are finished with it and it is now up to them when they release it. Our hope is that it will be quite soon. We tried to replicate the issue you raised, but were unable to, and therefore did not include a fix.

The issue may be that some of the ranked wins were not using the base game. That is as designed. Only ranked wins in the base game alone count towards that particular achievement. I’m not sure if that was clear or not, but may be the underlying issue.

There is not another update planned for TTR at this time, as the game has not been economically viable for us and there is, obviously, a cost associated with updating the product. As it currently stands, we would not recoup that cost.

Does that make sense?

America and > 50 ranked games played on N. America alone and neither of those achievements have unlocked for me. So I can at least confirm that there is a worse problem than Europe games "not counting."

As far as whether the achievement can ever be unlocked, I've been hoping for some kind of workaround from Playful Entertainment, but so far no luck. I'd be happy to delete my save data and do another 25 wins / 50 games from scratch, even if it has to be in one sitting. Worst case, I'd hope they could delete my account entirely from their leaderboards so I could start over, but I'm not holding my breath.

Seems odd they "couldn't reproduce the problem." I mailed Sean a pretty detailed account of exactly what I did to encounter the glitch. Regardless of what caused it, it should be pretty straightforward to check for it when you load the game, for example.

I am playing with a friend right now, one of us is nearly 25 wins... but when i changed to my rank on the leaderboards it only says i got 1 win, 1 loss! When i am only looking at "friends" matches it says 16 wins 19 loss... Don't tell me you have to defeat 25 different people to get this?!? That sucks if thats the case.... I'd be pleased if anyone could say if they have boosted 25 wins with the same person!!

Edit ; I got the achievment, boosted 1 vs 1 on N.America, Regluar! It was an update on friday, i don't know if that had anything to do with it,
