I played through this game twice on normal and once on fantastic. I couldn't find the last coin and i read two different guides. I went to the magma tunnel and found it there about 5 seconds before he says "This is too much fun". It was on the very left side of a long platform with one enemy on it. Hope this helps anyone having trouble finding it!
