I'm not sure which ones you mean, but if it's jackable, I'm sure the answer is yes. I think you have to jack every single jackable creature x amount of times. I'm not sure how many, but the achievement guide (http://xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=41304) will most likely tell ya.
