Campus Legend 1000 pts, am I doing it wrong?

I was reading in the guide where it said he was getting 50 pts for a win each game. I have been simming, I play every down as my user created person, and Im only getting about 5 per win. These are the points that are on top of the calendar screen right? Do I have to watch every play, how about practices, I play the practices, but have been skiping the night activity by simply going on to the next practice.

I think it depends on how well your player does. On the legend menu screen, check the accomplishments section. Those are goals that give points. I was a QB and the goals were throw 300 yards, 3 Passing TDs, 200 yards rushing, 3 rushing TDs. Extra points for winning Rivalry games, etc.

I just got this, i played with Tim Tebow of Florida as the guide suggests and simmed my first year and ended with roughly a legend rating of 280. next after the off-season make sure you DO NOT export your player and come back for the next year. once the season begins play your first 7-8 games. once the game starts pause it, check your settings and change the difficulty to freshman, from there it should be domination for you. after 8 games i got it with 1080 points. finished the season with ~1200 and won the heisman and got that achievement as well. hope this helps and good luck

i simmed my first season with tebow and won heisman + bcs championship and ended with 685 and simmed the first half of next year and got the achievement easy

i made a new guy and got about 750 in the first season... but i had to play every game

All I did was play one season and win the national championship and it should unlock

i did it by making my legend a LB (or anyone on defense). turned offsides and keep stopping the QB & RB in the backfield. it only took me 4 games to hit 1000 and then i simmed the rest of the season. i also got the Heisman too.

hey guys, i got this achievement in the 1st qtr of my sec game....i guess that constitues as the end of the season since its a championship game?

Make a run first QB and go to a good school with wideouts. Run and pass during your game, and you should get it easy. Plus its fun. I got 2020 points my freshman season. Winning the BCS and getting the Heisman basicly get you the points you need. Middle Linebacker, Saftey, QB, and RB are coolest positions to play.

All you have to do is use Tebow and sim a season or two and you'll get it easy. I was like 50 points shy of 1000 after the first season.
