Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. There is a little drop down box with different names for the different skins.

I just checked out the Xbox 360 Fixed skin and it's pretty righteous... Very stylish... Not unlike me.

Agree, plus black makes the transparency on sigs look awful. I use the default for the exact same reason. I have seen some of my Rock Band banners on black backgrounds and they look like poo. I almost feel bad, but what can you do?
