my game somehow glitched a bit, i was at a point that there was exactly enough cansiters left for the achievement, i saves incase my would crash, and when i came back i had an extra canister, so i finished with 101.

WOW!! Thats funny......my game just show 100/100.

I actually collected the 100th, and my guide map still showed 1 more, so I went and collected the 101st. I laughed out loud a bit when I found it!!
