Multiple accounts question?

This is a dumb kind of question but I just wanted to double check as I can't find my answer on xbox.com support.

Is it against Xbox policy to create two Gold accounts/gamertags under the same owner name and house hold address?

Why would that be against the Policy? A bunch of people do that, as long as you are abiding by MS Code of Conduct, you're alright. So the answer is yes you can make 2 different Xbox Live Gold Accounts with the same info. But you would have to change the Email-Address, as you can't use the same email address with more than 1 account.
