help with the enemy king of night

i wish someone can give this answer as well, i am on him right now and his life will not move. it only went down when i did my orb special...but no bad guys to get any more of it. whats the way to kill him?

Ok in order to beat him (or the way I did actually) is to get Inphyy to level 9. At that level she gets a new combo called Seraph Butterfly. It takes about 6 hits with that move to kill him. You can only hit him while he is on the ground though. If he is flying it will miss automatically. The drawback though is that it uses your orb bar. You can either not kill any of the Army of the Night and use them for orb fodder or get the item called Deadly Armband. Its a random drop and hard to find. It allows you to use the move without it taking your orb bar away. I got extremely lucky and got it as a drop while I was fighting the King of Night.

so...you actually got the item from one of the bodies of one of his minions???were they the ones you encounter before you fight him? or while you were fighting him?

thanks that helped i did the blue guage attack brought him almost to 50% then hit him 2 times with a.y done thanks saved me a controller:locked

Thanks for the tips, Finest. I actually had two Deady Armbands drop for me while I was fighting the boss. Maybe using the Seraph Butterfly move increases the chance of it being dropped?
