Worst companies for Customer Service

Ive been reading alot of threads about how people hate the microsoft customer service and it is frankly SH*T.

i was wondering what other companies you guys thought were bad..

mine is apple, me ipod broke long story short 3 weeks later 3 ipods later and about 6-8 hours 0870 calls i have a working one again, and all i get is a few months extra warrenty.

MS has HORRIBLE customer service.

The MS customer service I think is quite good. I had a very good experience with it, I got to the person I wanted - Who was very nice and polite about the whole situation - she explained everything in the fullest of detail, and helped me with any questions.

But the worst, I think is for 3 Mobile...I spent like 4 hours trying to just unlock my phone.
