Microsoft Points Problems.

Okay, unsuprisingly I posted on xbox.com and didnt get any help whatsoever so im getting despeate. Recently I had 4 cards on my account, four cards for purchasing things. I have no idea where 2 came from because it is a shared xbox. So I gots a new card for myself, I changed my old card, which could purchase points perfectly mind. To a new card I recieved, I have alot of money in my account so 1000 Points should be no problem. The internet says my cards valid everything's okay, then my xbox states it isnt. WTF!? The internet says it is then the xbox says it isnt.

Does something have to be done here? Or is my xbox screwed?

well i am not completly sure why you personally are having problems but it could be a number of things a number somewhere is wrong also if it is pre-paid then it could be that cause all though they claim that it works every where just like a real credit card but they dont their are several places that do not except or that it just doesnt wor...my best suggestion would be to call xbox and see what they have to say while on the phone

Sounds like the same exact problem I'm having here (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=81058). Didn't see your posting before mine otherwise I'd have added it here as well. I'll be calling them back again and having someone investigate into my account further as there's no reason why I shouldn't be able to d/l points using my cc, especially when it's in good status and verified on Xbox.com as being in good account with my cc company.
