I saw a thread a week or so ago about this, confirmed it at work today. We got our marketing in, 360 20gb is moving to $299 and being discountinued. A 60bg is on the way.

I'm a store manager at Gamestop. We got the price drop in today. I'm off tomorrow. I can take a picture on my phone at work Thursday.

do you know if they are planning on selling the 60 gig harddrive by itself, and if so what is the price point? i have less than half a gig left on my 20 and i dont really want to shell out the ridiculous amount of money for the 120 gig.

Nothing has been confirmed, but there's a high possibility of this being true. All rumors until an Official Statement is released by MS.
