Walk Free Achievement Problem?

so ive outrun a couple wanted levels some 4 some 5 star but i still dont have it. i have the one for 6star for 5 min, i dont get it did this happen to anyone else?

Just to make sure ...

You have to outrun it by foot. You cannot use any kind of vehicle ...

I did it by entering a subway tunnel and got it on my first try ...

I did it by foot because I saw a video on youtube where someone did it the way I described it in my post above. But now I just checked the sticky thread "achievement guide" and I saw that you really can do it in a vehicle ...

i just did the airport one where you go to one end and burn it to the other but i ended up in the water so i just swam my out and stopped and got it.

I got mine by accident at the airport.
