In order for the melee to count, does the victim have to drop money? Seems as though I've beat down 50 people and still haven't got the chivo.

It doesn't matter who you do it on, just as long as you do it. If you only use counters, it should only take five or six guys.

I'm pretty sure that you already know that you have a limited time for that achievement to make it count ...

i had quite a glitch on this achievement.... i finally decided to go for it..... meeled the first guy, so i thought this is easy.....meeled the seconds guy.....niiice ACHIEVEMENT haha i didnt argue lol
