Is the story any good?

I really need some new games to play.....I was wondering if the story was any good? Is the game worth playing? I really like 3rd person shooters and some horror games. I'm hoping its not to scary either lmao. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated. I've played majority of the new released games and I don't know what else to play.

The story is meh, it's an ok game but if you're looking for story I'd go with Condemned: Criminal Origins or if you've played that then Condemned 2. Other than that there's not much in the horror genre.

the story is ok, its a good game to play when you just feel like playing some single player. its good with all the puzzles and makes you think, can get annoying at times wen you keep failing at something, but defo a rent and a must play if your a fan of third person games, its not that scary but also quite a short game in the fact once you complete the game theres not alot much else to do. so defo a rent ;)

Story is bare bones.... Atari have done an amazing job with the innovations and ideas to bring this game together.... however in doing so tehy seem to have completely forgotten about EVERYTHING ELSE! The story is there - but its not very good... and then ending is kinda "i play through all that game for that?"
Its worth a play - but dont believe the hype - its another Assassin's Creed unfortunately... (as in "could have been so much more", not a similar game).
