Help me with UK Repairs! Problems!

Basically i rang up xbox on friday saying how it had broke etc. All the process was done and i was wating for the shipping labels so that i could print them off. They arrived, so i open up the email and click on them and they don't load. All it says on the UPS website is Error: Unable to retrieve the UPS Label information. Please check the retrieval link.

No idea what that means so i ring them up again and explain the problem. They cancel the order and resend a new one. Same thing happens again! 4 days later and no luck. The first time my xbox broke it was all perfectly fine.

I would appreciate it greatly if any of you guys know what the problem is.

Maybe UPS site broken?

Can you have them send you a box, I heard something about that in America...

ye, maybe the UPS site has broken, will ring them tomorrow morning before college to find out the situation!
