Well Just wanted to bring to everyone else's attention to another place that I have been frequenting lately, and it's called GamerDNA. I'm sure that a majority of people are at the very least familiar with 360 voice and their ability to track 360 stats, but Gamer DNA takes it one step further and actually logs games spanning over other platforms such as PS3 and PC, which I find fairly interesting.
If you're interested in taking a look around please use my link as I would get a little credit for brining you in, but it's a pretty interesting reference site that has it's own achievements; which is something that we all like. If you do decide to become a part of the community there too, be sure to let me know so I can toss you a shout out ok?

I signed up but don't really understand how to use it, seems kind of complicated. Thanks for the link but I don't think I'll use the program too much.

Agreed! Site looks good, thanks for posting the link. But the site looks way to complicated, I think I'll just stick with x360a.

So where's the 360 stats part of the site? Agreed that it's nice n' all but not very n00b-friendly. This appears geared towards real aficionado's (ie. the hardest of hardcore). I registered but I'm wondering if I'll even head back?
Still, having bitched about all that, lol, it's nice to have options I suppose? :) Thanks.

Hey Xbox peeps,
I couldn't help but notice all the talk of GamerDNA over here! :)
Since I am working at GamerDNA full time, I would be really interested in hearing what aspects of it seem to be way too uber for you to handle! ;)
You say it is the hardest of the hard core? What makes you think that?
In the end, we are looking to create your online gaming profile that lives beyond any one game or platform. As Xbox gamers, maybe you have a DS? Or a Wii? or you play an MMO? Or maybe you even have a (gasp) ps3! ;)
We are just getting started with the site... migrating it from MMO centric to more gaming -centric... long hard road... but a fun one... thanks for noticing the effort.
Cheers,

That should be taken as more of a compliment than a derogatory remark. I'd be happy just to find the 360 component of your site for starters.

It took me a couple of minutes to figure it out but once I started working on the website achievements (go figure eh?) I was up and tracking the next day.
When you're a part of the site, go to the upper part of the menu next to your avatar, click the triangle to get a drop menu. Under My Profile, choose "Edit my Gamer DNA". Click that and a pop menu comes up and the forth choice from the bottom is "Also known As" Link your gamertag and you're set for the next data pull.
My Profile > Edit My DNA > "Also Known As" > Link Tag > Profit!
Also, if you link your RSS feed from 360 voice to "Experience Imports" you can see your feed update there as well.
Yeah the site does take a little getting used to. The fact that it can track sooo many systems is kinda overwhelming at first. But It's kinda turning into a myspace for gamer purists, without the drama of course.
I can see it being extremely useful when you do lots of multi platform gaming as well as PC gaming since it will consolidate all your gaming habits into one database.
Hey Xbox peeps,

Yeah there is still some work to do to make it a really streamlined process of getting engaged. We inherited most of the code from GuildCafe.com which was MMO focused... we are weaving in back end technology from 360voice while building out other feeds off other platforms... and eventually will be scaling out to include all the other community tools that we have all come to know and love... badges... leaderboards... etc.
So it is a long road... but the progress is fun... the people are awesome... the work is interesting... and it is always fun starting a new community and watching the mechanics of it evolve.
Thanks for stopping over though... and I can always be reached directly at tmarkelz@gamerdna.com.
