I bought a textbook from this website:

I bought it on June 30th and I paid for 2-3 business day shipping. As of now, I still have not received my book.

What should I do if they don't give me my book?

Well if you think you got ripped off I'm not going to that site lol. You have to take into consideration that it's the weekend and a holiday so you're not going to get anything until monday. I'd give it a day or two before getting worried.

If they dont have the book in stock they may have to wait for it to arrive before dispatching it to you

Did you check how long it would take the item to process? It might take a few extra days depending on how fast they are able to process your order, maybe 2-3 if it's slow.

I tend not to trust sites like these, no matter how great the deal looks. I wish you the best and I hope it arrives soon.

Why did you purchase their items if they had bad fedback. Feedback is key IMO for small internet companies.

I would give it another day or so, and if nothing shows call Customer support.

I had a similar issue a few years back when i ordered a whole bunch of Texas Championship gear from the "Official" Rose bowl site. Took 4 weeks to get the package and items were missing as well as one of the t-shirts was stained.

Called and emailed and i never heard from them again.

I wish you luck and just be smart in the future ;)

try phoning them if it dosnt arrive soon because you paid for the delivery so if they are a reasonable company they may give you a refund for the delivery (only if its extra)

I may be wrong, but I believe it's like this. The item is coming from India, and it won't arrive in 2-3 days total, it will get to you 2-3 days AFTER it gets to the United States. Go to the bottom right of their website and click the link that says shipping if you want to read the information that I'm basing this off of.
