With regards to phone codes and achievements, I know when you use them it blocks some achievements. Is there any way to reverse it so you can do the achievement and turn the cheat off?

Using cheats does not permanently disable achievements or 100%. Even if you use a cheat and save, the achievement is only blocked during the session you use the cheat in. If you save and load that saved game the achievement is no longer blocked. Cheats only block "One Man Army", "Walk Free", "Finish Him", and "Cleaned the Mean Streets" Achievements.

Lol does that mean if you already have the achievements that they disable can you use them without a worry?

Also, if you spawn a car does that disable achievements, cause I did that and saved accidentally...

if you've already got those 4 acheivements then cheat your heart out... i spawned cars, lowered my wanted level every time i shot a pigeon or did anything , used health cheat to repair cars (especially stevie's cars that you get more money for if they are in mint condition) and i still got 100%

spawning cars or using health doesn't disable any acheivements... it will tell you if a certain ach. is disabled

I have a question. My friends saved the game after the weapons cheat was entered. Every time I load my game I have all the weapons. So does this mean I cant unlock ceratin achievements?

you can still get the achievements... someone already said that even if you save the game with the cheat, once you load the save the achievements are enabled again

Once You Use The Cheat.. Until You Save It That Achievement Becomes Blocked.. But When Your Achievement Is Unlocked..

It Will Say : 'Cheat Activated' And Will Not Lock Achievements..
