I did 'Luck of the Irish' about 15 missions ago and I just realized that Packie hasn't rung me or anything... He did live after that mission so I was just wondering what has happened?

Packie never dies, and you never have a chance to get rid of him. Just trying calling him up past 5pm (he's more of a night person) and you should be able to go out with him.

Ahh, then just progress through the story mode. You will get it eventually.

It's impossible to beat the game without Packie ever calling you. Don't worry about it, he'll eventually call.

Yeah if you don't have his number yet just keep on playing. He is needed to do activities with for the 100% so there is no way to avoid him forever.
