Which Episode and Sequence is this in ive read other descriptions but still no clue urgent help please

After escaping the bathrooms in Cental Park in the chapter after the first big driving sequence, you work your way down the cliff debris. Eventually you come across a car hanging by a wire that you climb through. Right after that you enter a hole in the cliff where there's a cocoon hanging from the ceiling, and a dead maintenence worker floating in the puddle. The goldfish is swimming around it. It can be hard to hit as it's small, but it follows the same route so just watch it and wait.
