When you rent a movie with microsoft points is it streamed or downloaded to your hard drive?

i'm unsure on this and would like to know as well, i've always though of it that you first download the movie then watch it when you want, and after the 24 hours it wont allow you to watch it, therefore needing to delete it from your HD unless you rent it again. hmmm have to see what people say

I would also like to know if there's a possibility of it suddenly going "BUFFERING" halfway through an action sequence. :)
It downloads to your HDD, but you can start watching it when it has downloaded a bit. :)

You get to keep the video for 14 days. As soon as you watch it, you have 24 hours until it expires.
