This goes for any genre! Metal, rock, country, pop, rap, classic etc.
This is how it works, you post the name of the band, and then 1-3 favourite songs by them. The band names don't have to be in any specific order. I'm interested in learning what the rest of the x360a community listens to.
Please, if you do not like the music that someone listens to, just close your mouth and keep it to yourself. This is not a thread to rip on what other people like, its just to get to know everyone a little better, and by coming forward and being rude, it just shows what kind of person you are.
Personally, i enjoy rock/metal. I myself am a guitarist and i find this genre the most fun to play. I've been listening to hard rock/metal since i was 6 years old. I grew up with it, so.. here are some current bands i like. Some, you may have heard of.

You only said 3. If it were more, i would have posted like 30 A7X songs. Also, this is a good idea for a thread, and it is nice that you want to know others tastes. I can't really stand rap and hip-hop. If i wanted to hear black people talk about drugs and prostitues, i'd talk to a pimp, not listen to some guy on the radio sing about it. Not to be racist :P.

im way too lazy to list out songs cause there are way too many to choose from. but lately I've been listening to a mix which consists of:
Atmosphere, P.O.S., Eyedea & Abilities, Aesop Rock, Adeem, Adverse, Black Star, Biz Markie, Beastie Boys, k-os, and Run-DMC.
a nice break from my usual punk lineup

The only list that didn't make me gag.
This thread came with rules for a reason.
Anyway, for my list I refuse to try to list specific songs because they're all great. I could list some that I recommend you go listen to, but nobody will anyway and you probably couldn't find them. Maybe you should check that "Which Type of Music Would You Ban" thread, I was the one saying every genre has good music. There's a lot of shitty music in every genre as well and most of the people posting in this thread listen to it.
Who are you to decide what is good music? Not everyone has the same taste. Just because you don't like the music doesn't make it shitty.

I have FAR too many bands to list, and I feel lazy today, so I'll just list one.
Children of Bodom - In Your Face, Living Dead Beat, Are You Dead Yet?, Bastards of Bodom, Trashed Lost and Strungout, Bodom After Midnight, Needled 24/7, Somebody Put Something in My Drink (Ramones Cover), Bodom Beach Terror, Hate Crew Deathroll, Blooddrunk, Hellhounds on My Trail, Downfall, and their entire Stockholm Knockout album. It is one of the best live albums ever made.
