Fastest Way to Rank Up/Earn Money

I was wondering this for quite some time but, what is the fastest way to rank up in this game? I think co-op gives the most, tell me your opinions.

Hangmans Noose. With four players who arent asses you could get each round dont in 3 minutes and it is $4500 (must be on hard) and you should get about 90k per hour meaning about 60+ hours or so. But for me its like 75k per hour sometimes less, sometimes more.

Noose is definately the fastest way but also most repetitive.

I think I will switch over to Bomb da Base II again, which gives you about $6000-6500 in about 6 Minutes even if you die.

Don't try Deal Breaker it takes way to long and gives you only $4500 per attempt.
