Compare it with DW5

How would you compare this game with DW5? If it's as repetitive as Dynasty Warriors, I don't want to have anything to do with it...

Looks INFINATELY better, good-looking cutscenes, the inclusion of (some) AI... I'd say it's at least 1,000 times better than that ass-bag of a cum stain.

Well that's good news anyways...I think I actually might play this game for 600 points, but not waste my time on the full thousand. DW5 just really turned me off to the genre. :(

I would have to say that I actually prefer Dynasty Warriors. If you didn't enjoy the gameplay in DW you are not going to like this at all.

Yes graphically it's a lot better and some of the battle scenes are just extraordinary. When Aspharr joins the battle at Pholya Flatlands, and you start running towards the river and you just see thousands of troops rushing towards you it really is impressive. But I prefer the sense of some strategy that DW at least tries to instill. I mean you can't build your army, and the items aren't really that useful in a strategic way, they just bump up your attributes. Where as in DW when you used an item it took some thought as to what and why you are using it.

Also I loved creating my own characters. I loved playing DW with my created players Commander Vegetta, with General's Kakarot, with Broly with all armies fully stocked going into battle 60K strong. I didn't even have to move my armies would just wipe them out. Where as in N3 if you don't kill them your men just stand around doing nothing and if they do attack it doesn't do anything. Just my thoughts.

I played through DW5, although near the end of the 250 officers I was getting bored .. I've played through the first 3 levels of this game and feel it's DW5 on easy .. except gettin' rank A that takes a little more skill .. the 4th level I just got killed on a few times, so gonna have to go back and play the 2nd and 3rd levels again.

I think it really is a lot like DW5, just imagine it with all the enemies on the screen and not disappearing and reappearing .. the attacks/specials are similar .. typical hack & slash game, but think this has more story than strategy.

different games. I like them in different ways. DW will always live on in my book, its amount of characters were fun and addicting. I loved unlocking the new chars just to see their awesome new weapons, then getting their 4th and dominating. N3 is visually good, though the ranking system isnt that good. It makes you play through it way too many times!

well i love all of the koeis games like kessen and dynasty warriors not really for the gameplay but for the fact that the games are based on stuff that really happend like the three kingdoms in dynasty warriors it is basically a hack n slash history lesson were as n3 is about goblins and trolls sounds more fantasy type of game both games are great in there own way n3s got graphs and dws got old skwl gamin with sumin to learn from it

I liked N3 alot better.. the graphics are just so beautiful.. some of the best i've seen on the 360..
only problem I have with N3 is that they gave the 360 such a huge payload that sometimes you experience the most ridicilous frame rate drops and it sucks.. one time with Vigk Vagk destroyed 800 guys.. and I started freezing up than he froze.. than he moved again? haha.. weird.. I know other people experienced that but I think it's fine.. I like how there is so many guys in battle and how you have orb spark gauge.. for example with Aspharr and doing his orb spark in fort wyandeek.. blow them all out of the way and they start showering on you..
DW5 im going to be renting very soon..but i've played it and it's not too bad..
