i finished the game and i've only bandaged myself once. how do i get the proper amount of damage to bandage myself. is there a certain enemy that hurts you more or what?

I blew myself up with expolsive bottles then bandaged myself up :D

i remember getting close to the knive throwers and they inflicted deep wounds but yes explosions the fastest (and less scarier) way to go

or you can just reload the chapter where you have to go to the public rest room to bandage your first deep wound then keep running into the electric cable that falls down and this inflicts deep wounds after 1 or 2 times (not sure how), repeat 5 times, easy.
