Is there a site where I can buy Microsoft points to DOWNLOAD, not to be sent to me as the cards companies offer?

Ebay. Just ask for the code when the auction ends. Most sellers do that anyway.

Why not just buy them directly off Xbox.com? Unless you're paying with Paypal or something I guess...

well you could buy through your console, you could just ask for the code after you bought the card, you could buy then through XBOX.COM
