Brian Part 3?

I did brian part 1 and 2 but now I can't find part 3. I'm at the good location, he's just not there. And the guide doesn't say he's only there in certain periods of the day...any hints on this?

i just kept saving loads and eventualy he turned up. he was all i needed 4 that 100%.

Yes he to a long long long time to turn up, but eventually he did. I checked back loads of times, and he wasn't there. I thought I must have a glitch, but no, he did turn up.

i got him, this is how i did it: first set a way point to his location, then drive there but not by taxi, he still was'nt there so then i just drove around a couple of times and i finally found him. He's on a street corner next to the gun shop.

He's on a street corner next to the gun shop. THe people aren't always in the same location I found Sara by the Lawyer's office.

im having this problem momentarily, im just driving 3 mins away and returning....wash rinse repeat i hate when gams go like this, not fun at all....makes the achievement bigger though :)
