stevie car problem

ok so this is the very last thing i ned for 100 percent and i've done 23 of his cars. problem is, he's asking for a car i know i already did and the thing won't spawn where it's supposed to be. once it was the right kind of car but apparently the wrong color b/c it didn't tell me it was stevies car. i know exactly where it should be. any tips other than loading another file?

edit: spawned after i left and came back a few times. this game is sooo glitchy!

yeah I had that problem with my first and ninth car. He asked me to steal the Sultan twice.

just finished his missions without a hitch, so not sure how to help. so you already stole a car he asked you to steal? is that even possible? i thought the cars only appear after you get that SMS from him?
