Easiest way to get a deep wound?

I have been having a problem with the bandage achievement. I figure this would be one of the easier ones but I always die instead get a deep wound. Any trick to it?

i just ended up shooting explosives
it didnt seem to kill me just gave me the wound
but im sure by the end of the game you will eventually get the achievement :)

i am at the end of ep7...i wonder if i can just keep playing ep3.

im sure it would work on any episode just shoot like cans of medical spray and such

throw an explosive and shoot it right away, it will give you a deep wound (make sure the explosive isnt too big)

Do it on episode 3, in the bathroom at the beginning of the level. Just pick up a bottle of flammable liquid from the locker and throw it at the wall and shoot it. Then grab a bandage from the medical case on the wall and wrap the wound. Rinse and repeat. The supplies keep re-spawning so it's an easy place to do it.

Yup that is the best spot thats where I did mine. If you wanted to be patient about it you will get this going threw the game there is allot of times you will be getting seep wounds

Yeah I got mine in episode 3 when those Vampirz chase you into the bathroom.

I assumed getting the wound was part of the story.
