How To Advance Phases on Enclave Missions

I beat the game. I beat 25+ enclave groups and then decided to tackle the Four Enclave sectors. Problem....two are stuck in Phase 2 and the other two are stuck in Phase 1. The meters are maxed out, I have been running around forever, doing mini games, beating random groups that spawn and replaying previously played missions. Nothing I do makes the next Purple phase mission appear. I have 3 days left on this rental. PLEASE HELP if ANYONE has any other ideas of how to fix this problem. I have seen numeroud post on this topic and wondered if something new has come up.

beating up Enclave assault groups works good, also i was just running around beating shit up when it told me i was ready for level 3 of the last 2 Enclave groups.

Yeah, I've stopped the first phase of the 4 sectors and now have 25 Enclave groups wasted, but now, have to wait till they advance their research again for phse two.

Wuld have to be when I hire it out again, go beat one of the sector missions to advance it more quickly I guess and rinse and repeat till all 4 sectors are gone. Need to beat 'em for the concept art, as well as the achievement too ;)

They're the only concept art I need anyway till I can get the art achievement ^^

I got the same problem, but I've completed the main story so I'm guessing thats whats gone wrong for me which is annoying as it looks like I might have to start all over.

I've just gone through the game again, got the 25+ assult groups, but the phases for the enclave groups are popping up easily. Very odd...I just keep smashing shit up and running around. I got my threat level up to 9 about 4 times and then the enclave mission showed up.

Just keep trying I guess. Hope it's not a glitch...This is my second time going through the entire game...It's not fun.

Yep, I've done the main game...Only thing I have left is for the last phase of the Jupiter Sector to pop up. Just give it some time.

Edit: update I've now deafted all 4 enclave bosses.

So it looks like it's a game time issue? I'm having the same deal. I beat the story mode, but all 4 sectors are stuck at phase 2. Thanks for the heads up, I'll work on the mini-games and hope that they get off their assses and finish their research.

I did get a CG with the 4 heads of the Enclave talking about wanting to take me on by themselves, but waiting to see if the army will take me out first. I finished off the army, and haven't seen them yet. I'll keep waiting and look for that other thread, and will come back if those missions start to pop up yet. I still have plenty else to do and find in the game.

I found this thread (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=77179) which describes about beating up the Enclave Assault teams or replaying the other missions to advance the bars in there faster than just sitting around waiting for them to go up on their own.

Just to reiterate for anyone else who was in the panic I was, keep going after the Enclave, you can finish off the bosses even after you complete the main story line. Go back and redo the 2nd mission in each sector if you have to to complete the progress bar and then it's just a matter of time til you can take on the bosses.
