Glitch with marbles! Help!

I'm stuck in Lyra's room and i'm trying to sneak out the window but after I knock off the marbles onto the floor, It won't pick them up. I run over them and they sort of move to me but don't pick up. I can't get past this part because of the glitch. I've tried restarting and loading but it doesnt work.

im stuck here too, just running around the room going insane!!!

marbles just float up a bit and stay there!!!

what did you do to get past?

just reload the checkpoint and pick it up again
