This game actually any fun?

I'm wondering whether this game is actually any fun while running from one collectable to the next. If it's just a mindless collection fest than I will pass but if it's been fun in the meantime (like say Condemned or something) then I'll give it a try. Opinions?

The controls are whacked. They try and do too many things with the controls and i'm just like WTF button was that, how do i do this. And actions aren't logically assigned to correct buttons for me. So although the game is a middle of the road movie game, the controls make it a pain in the arse to play.

This might be the game I've hated the most on XBOX360, and there's some bad stuff out there. Those duelling sequences are controller-smashy and the collecting items you can't actually get until replay make it more annoying than quick/painless, which is what I assume you're looking for in a game like this anyway. I was never able to figure out the episode reload to get souls business, so those 150 points are annoying and can't really be done during the game, too. AVOIDAVOIDAVOID

I enjoyed playing it for a rental. Although harvesting souls was a bit tedious.

How long does it actually take for the full 1000, because i've played the first level and woah, it really sucks, I don'twant to play it for more than A day !

if im not mistaken, the game has the same story as the PS2 version, then it can be beaten in about 4-6 hours in one playthrough. im not so sure about having to go back and collect the rest, but im sure it can be done in a day....
