Time challenge

Do the Time Challenges count towards any achievement or anything? Do you need to beat all the levels under the time?

They don't count towards achievements. But they give you money, which will help you upgrade your suit and armour and weapons and stuff. But no achievement for doing the time challenges.

I checked and it only gives you like 5 less funds each mission, so it is not too much money loss if I dont complete a level under par time.
