How Do You Possibly Get These Drama Pieces?
I Tried Like 10 Times And Still Cant Get Them
Any Tips?

Krillin's Evasion

Player takes a striking super attack
Player fatigue is 50% or less
On the ground

While on the ground just stand still & make sure your KI gauge is 100% all the time also if you think your fatigue bar is too high just hold RT for a while & then your fatigue will go down then happy waiting because Nappa has to do his forward B special attack where he should grab you & then that activates the Drama scene.

This is easy just beat the crap out of Krillin & then press up Y & follow it up with RT which is a pursuit attack= Drama scene activated.

also, that quote is definatly wrong because your controlling nappa in that fight.

anyone know how to do a striking super attack ?

A striking Super Attack is a super move where you phyically hit your opponent rather then do a beam attack. Nappa only has striking super attacks.
