Assault Groups ?

I beat the game and i still need to defeat 7 more Assault Groups , Im wondering how you get them to spawn or if its random .

Do you know if this is the same even after you've cleared the groups out of the city? I didn't realise this was a feat until looking a few minutes ago...and I've cleared out all four groups.

Any help would be great!

I'm not that far yet. It may be possible that you can replay a mission and have them in there, but I think this is unlikely. Hopefully, the game hasn't messed you up.

i just left my game on for 10 mins and not a single assault group showed up. i always did this while watching tv and just letting the game run and a group would be nearby. so i think were screwed. i only needed 2 more!!

I've had plenty of assault-groups show up after completing the game AND wiping out all 4 Sectors. They seem to show up more often if you move around, though - hunting for the 200 Canisters, I got interrupted by Assault-Groups several times.

However, if you're desperate, just replay soe of the old Enclave Base Assault missions - the units you take out while smashing those buildings counts as Assault Teams too.

Well, I ust went through finding 99% of the canisters and not one assult group popped up. Now i'm trying the missions to see if that will help.

after reading some of these form's about the assult groups i found that when it does pop up on the screen its not the guys u r fighting at the time,the reason why i say this is because i have ran into three of the assults when the city warning gets up too 3 and i can take it all the way up to 9. the assults are the barbarins attacking the army guys/army trucks when u r in a fight ,when it pops on the screen look on your map to see where there are a bucnh of red dots attacking each other,these r the ones u need to take out and if possible take them all out at once which shouldn't be hard just use the ultimate hand clap or whatever its called .

I generally find that it's better to avoid getting a wanted-level, if at all possible, since you won't get credit for any assault-teams the Army destroys - and at high wanted-levels, those tiny litle Assault Groups gets taken out REAL fast.

This sucks , i have been trying to get a single assault group to spawn for an hour , and i cant get even one !!!! i need to defeat 22 more groups...

I need help or some trick to get these . Mabey theres a mission where you can fight one and redo the mission i dont know .

This is all i need to get 1000.

The only info i can find online is that ...
If you beat all for enclave leaders and dont have 25 assault group kills.

YOUR SCREWED and you cant get the all upgrade achievement or the veiw all concept art achievement.

Okay, maybe it was a glitch that my game kept spawning assault-groups after I finished wiping out the Enclave. The game certainly has enough bugs to make that likely. But I KNOW that smashing an enclave base counts as defeating an Assault-Team too, since I got the 'Destroy 25 Assault-Teams' Feat while smashing up one of those missions. And you can replay those from the 'Enclave' overlay of the Map Screen.

in the mission select, there should be a group simply called enclave. it's where you are in front of a building and the enemies come out the front door. all you have to do is smash the building and kill the enemies. if you don't remember, it's understandable. it's over before it begins and hardly worth the loading screen. :)

I think we share the same boat, and from the looks of it, A LOT of other people are having this f'd up problem. I tried every enclave mission over again and the assult groups count didn't budge at all.

Only option is to start ALL OVER AGAIN. That means, every mission....every canister...EVERYTHING! Sod that! This game isn't worth it! Hopefully a patch will come out, but I doubt it.

Oh and I've been told by a friend that it actually says in the Stategy Guide that assult groups don't show up after the enclave has been eliminated form the city.

I have not seen it myself, but It wouldn't surprise me if it's true.
