Difference between Course A, B, C.

Really some people on XBOX Live have been asking me this and I gave them this answer, different Sagas, Saiyan, Frieza, And Cell, but I told them I am probably wrong, does anyone know the Difference?

Freiza, Heroes, Villians

A- Battle Frieza's Minons
B- Battle Saiyan's Or The Fast Charectors
C- Battle The Strongest Charectors

A. Freiza's goons/anyone whose worked for him and Freiza himself in his various forms.

B. The Z Fighters, so anyone who is considered a good guy/ally etc..

C. The description is something like "Opponents that even Super Saiyans would find difficult", and so it's like the real hard knock opponents that in the Anime even the Super Saiyan's found difficult to overcome (Goku with Freiza, Vegeta/Trunks with the Androids/Cell etc.)
